Normally I'm not big on promoting Grandparents Day, but this is an event worth noting.
The SF Zoo is offering free entrance to grandparents and their grandkids on Sunday, September in honor of Grandparent's Day.

When: Sunday, September 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: SF Zoo
Bring: a crayon-colored picture of a zoo animal to get your free admission for each child and the grandparents
