Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Go fly a kite.
The annual Kids 'n Kites Festival takes place this Saturday, May 16 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s at Central Park (40500 Paseo Padre Parkway in Fremont).
Free admission plus 2,000 free kites for kids. In addition to the food booths, there’s a kids' fun zone, entertainment and other great stuff.
From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., check out the new Aqua Adventure Waterpark next door. While you can’t swim there yet, get a sneak preview a few weeks before it open. And stay tuned to Frisco Kids, for an upcoming post about the park, plus the chance to win FREE tickets!
