If you're taking the kids to Tahoe for spring break, here are a few resources:
Bay Area on the Cheap has Tahoe has the scoop on lift ticket discounts.
Tahoe Kids Guide has the details on Easter Egg Hunts in Tahoe. Unfortunately the page doesn't load very well for me, so it's hard to read. Hopefully it will work for you. I'm using Explorer. That might explain things.
What it says: There's an extensive list. Highlights include that Incline Village Parks has an Easter Egg hunt on March 27th, plus an underwater egg hunt in their pool! Alpine Meadows hosts an egg hunt on Easter Sunday. Lucky eggs have free ski passes! At Homewood, look for Easter eggs on the mountain (hopefully you won't ski over them). Squaw Valley will also have eggs hidden on the mountain (in the beginner lift area).
Tahoe Kids Guide has a calendar of events, as well.
Travel Savvy Mom has a post on five family favorites at Squaw Valley.
Do you have toddlers? Check out this Frisco Kids post on taking toddlers to Tahoe. Lots of non-skiing options, plus a list of day care sites on the slopes.
