SCRAP in SF is offering some fun workshops to get you ready for the holidays. Here's a list:
December 12, 1pm-4pm: Gocco Rhymes With Cocoa - Designing and Printing Your Own Cards, Gift Tags and Wrapping Paper with Print Gocco
$15 workshop + $8 materials fee

December 3, 6:30pm - 8pm: Gift Boxes & Bags, San Francisco Library, Richmond Branch, 351 - 9th Avenue.
December 8, 6:30pm - 8pm: Gift Boxes & Bags, San Francisco Library, Noe Valley Branch, 451 Jersey Street.
SCRAP stands for Scroungers' Center for Reusable Art Parts, and is a great resorce for teachers and artists (and anyone who likes crafts) in the Bay Area. If you have questions about the workshops, call them at (415) 647-1746 - their website events list wasn't up to date when I initially posted this.
They have a few shows coming up in case you'd rather peruse, and not create yourself:
