Microsoft is hosting a free creative photography workshop on Thursday with celebrity photographer Robyn Von Swank in San Francisco. She'll teach you how to make your pictures pop and come to life. It's the Cre8tive Photography workshop. You'll take a series of photos and tell a story using the rule of thirds, angles, perspectives and other photo techniques. You'll use Microsoft Windows Photo Gallery tools to fix and adjust , and they'll show you some of their other programs/tools as well. No equipment needed - they'll have everything.
It doesn't say on there if there's an age limit, but probably there's a person limit, so sign up if you're interested. And in case this doesn't work for your schedule or location, the other Bay Area stores have free classes in other subjects as well. Here's the website.
Where: Westfield Centre in downtown SF - the Microsoft store
When: Thursday, October 10 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
