Celebrate the 43rd annual Cherry Blossom Festival this weekend, April 17-18th, in San Francisco's Japantown. This is the second largest U.S. festival of its type outside of Washington D.C. At the festival, you'll hear Taiko drums, watch martial artists, sample yummy food at the food bazaar, watch bonzai and flower arranging demonstrations, listen to traditional music, and view a 2-hour parade (Sunday afternoon). For the parade route and more info, check out the official Japantown Cherry Blossom Festival website.
