Coming Up: Honk!

Get your tickets to Honk! a musical stage adaptation of Hans Christian Anderson's the Ugly Duckling Tale. It's being performed by the Pied Piper Players, a great children's theater group in San Mateo. According to the theater group, it's "the story of Ugly, whose odd, gawky looks instantly incite prejudice from her family and neighbors. Separated from the farm and pursued by a hungry cat, Ugly must find her way home."

Of course there's a happy ending and a life lesson too.
