What: Kidgits Halloween Spooktacular. Wear your costume! Captain McFinn will help recognize October as Bully Prevention Month. A free app called The Bully Free zone will be available for download and you could win a free iPadAir. Prizes, games and fun is in store.

SAN JOSE

What: Mommy and Me and Daddies Too: Halloween Family Fun Fest
When: Tuesday, October 28, 10 a.m. to noon
Where: Santana Row at Park Valencia
Activities: Trick-or-treat around Santana Row and enjoy pumpkin decorating, live musical performances and other activities during this popular fall event for children.

What: free family Halloween event
When: Saturday, October 25 from noon to 4
Where: Westgate Center
Activities: Activities include trick-or-treating at participating stores, carnival games and treats with no tricks. Families can enter to win a four-pack of tickets to Kurios - Cabinet of Curiosities, the latest Cirque du Soleil show. Receive a free trick-or-treat bag and first piece of candy at the registration table inside of the main entrance near Sushi Boat restaurant. Activities include live musical entertainment by Andy Z, Let’s Play in Spanish, The Dance Zone, balloon animals and pumpkin decorating. Halloween photos are $10.
