I save this one for the adults. It's not too sweet, and very rich. Yum.
Nails by Sally Hansen. The stickers started chipping almost immediately. I don't recommend purchase, though they looked awesome while they lasted, and at a quick glance.
Actually good Sangria from a bottle, by Eppa. Made in California (grapes from Mendocino), it's good with ice, and it's good heated up, with spices (pour in a pot with a diced apple, 1/4 cup gold rum, 1/3 cup honey or sugar, 3 cinnamon sticks, a small handful of cloves, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, pinch of nutmeg. Warm (not boil) for 20 minutes, and serve). Buy now online ($12/bottle - free shipping) through December, and they'll donate $1/bottle to a Hurricane Sandy relief fund. Also available at some Whole Foods. Thank you Eppa for sending me bottles to try.
I love houses trimmed with lights.
Holiday lights in NYC. Photo by me. Don't steal it.
Some teacher gifts we're giving this year. I'm jealous of the teachers. Craft tins from Target. Peppermint bark from Costco. No, I didn't make it myself.
Couldn't resist a close-up of the peppermint bark.
This car made me laugh.
