As you get ready to head back to school, bring the kids to the mall for a free storytelling and puppet show with Jungle Joe. They'll help the kids create a magical book of a boy and his backpack. I'm sure it's better than I described it! If you join the (free) Hillsdale Shopping Center Kids' Club (ages 12 and under), you'll get a free backpack and more.

Jungle Joe is really funny according to my kids. He was the kids' favorite performer this summer. We saw him at the Santa Clara Mission library about a good month ago but my 7 and 5 year olds are still discussing the details of his performance and rolling with laughter.
