This Friday, the California Academy of Sciences is hosting a Halloween event - the
SuperNatural Masquerade. It's a family event, and the tickets include entry to the Academy of Science, trick-or-treating throughout the exhibits and aquarium, food and interactive programming (including magic shows, giant pumpkin carving demonstrations, scavenger hunts, exotic felines, photo booths, animal encounters with Tree Frog Treks, face painting, music and a special dive program). The event runs from 7-9 p.m.
Of course you and the kids should come in costume.
With the special Frisco Kids discount, tickets are $40/adult, $28/kids (normally they're $50 and $35). It's partly tax-deductible, since proceeds go to the Academy programs. When you
order online, enter the promo code "festive." Or call (415) 379-5819 and purchase by phone.
